A few of us have put together an e-mail list. We are trying a variety of support ideas, starting with sharing our "tummy bios" and later participating in informal surveys/question answer e-mails that may give us some newfound ideas to try. These are just based on experience, not science,keep in mind! Not to replace Heather's IBS program or to use as medical advice. Just FYI and to help you remember that "someone understands!"
