Does anyone have problems with them or can you all digest them well? Are they better for Cs or Ds? It's hard to tell what gives me problems sometimes because so many things do, but if they do give me problems it's because I'm not sure I can digest soy very well!

Never tried them personally, but I know there were alot of posts about how they upped the fat content. Some people can only tolerate some flavours now I think.

I don't have a problem with Luna Bars or soy. For the past week, I've been eating Chocolate Peppermint Stick Luna Bars TWICE A DAY! I got tired of the other flavors. There have been a lot of discussions on Luna Bars--try doing a search. You could also check out their ingredients on the website Luna Bar.

If you can't handle soy, I imagine they could be a problem for you since I believe that's their protein source. If it's not the soy, you may find, like Linz said, that you can tolerate some flavors, but not others. I'm slowly working my way through the flavors and was doing fine until yesterday. I tried Orange Bliss - tastes just like Tropicana Orange Juice - and got something like a mild case of indigestion (which I am NOT prone to).

HTH. BTW, I really like your picture.

I think that most people are ok with them... UNLESS...
- you have problems with soy (lots of soy in those things), or
- you are really sensitive to fat or nuts or chocolate etc... I find that the fat content of some of the flavours can be a bit much sometimes so I often have them with some SF bread or crackers to make it go down a bit better.

Hope that helps! Pretty pic btw!
