Heather's IBS Safe Banana Cream Pie--First Tasty Thing In Months

I have to say, this was the first tasty thing I've eaten in about 2 months, and felt good after eating it. My wife surprised me with it when I got home and wow! I did however eat a few slices of french bread before, just to be sure. But 12-hours later, so far so good, no attack! I look forward to more desserts from her cook book.

I was really pleased when I first found the tasty (and safe) recipes in Heather's book and in the recipe index. I haven't tried the banana cream pie yet, but it sounds delicious. I'm glad to hear you're doing well and were able to enjoy eating something good!

Yay! I'm so glad you got to eat something so tasty without any ill side affects. I haven't tried that particular pie yet... looks like I should add it to my list!

Is this the one that you can eat as pudding too? If so we've eaten it that way quite a few times and loved it! It is so yummy!! My whole family loves it. I have to make a double recipe every time for them.
