Hi Everyone,
I have been lurking for a couple months and have not seen anyone post about nuts yet, i have been eating about a small handfull of walnuts daily and it has helped my C alot, sometimes too much, whats in the walnuts and has anyone else had any luck or badluck.

Generally, nuts are considered an IBS trigger. On the other hand, a small handful of nuts a day is extremely healthy for you. You can try grinding them up, or chewing them extremely well to help make them more digestible. If it works for you, keep it up. Just keep in mind they can be trouble if you over do it.

Thats what i was thinking with the small handfull a day (is too much) cause today was an all morning go deal, but what i cant understand is this, we have all this poop stored in us, we go a fair amount everyday but still have days when we cant stop so, where is it all coming from!? So what im wondering is how much of what we eat turns into stool?
