sugar free mistake!!
im sure everyone in this place knows what happens when you eat too such sugar free stuff but i did not have a clue! its not like it has a huge warning sign on it! yesterday i was eating bags of sugar free wine gums blissfully unaware of the consiquences! it was making my stomach rumble and making me fart loads. (don't laugh) when i stood up i felt the urge to "fart" and so i did but it wasn't a fart that came out!!:o yep all in my pants! (lol i cant believe im writing this) it was so embarassing!!
has anyone else got any storys about this kinda thing ????

sugar substitutes are huge triggers! they can cause Laxative effects in healthy people (what happened to you) among other things! forget our messed up digestive systems....

Been there and done it too--diabetic Easter candy; I ate a whole bag of those goodies and literally crapped myself laughing in a movie theatre. The beets I ate beforehand at my
grandmother's place didn't help matters, either. And then there was the sugarfree box of popsicles afternoon.

Yes! I've done it too. don't worry, you can tell us anything. Did anyone see the film Along Came Polly? Ben Stiller has IBS (but why he eats pizza in the movie, who knows...) and the other character does what you just described. He calls it "sharting." Combo of sh@* and farting.
