Has anyone found that they can incorporate the occasional glass of wine into their diet as long as they do it in a specific way?

There are mixed feelings on the boards about drinking.... but, YES... if you are stable and don't drink it on an empty tummy...you have to be smart about it....after a SF meal... you might be able to get away with the occasional glass. Give it a try and let us know how you do.
P.S. hope to see you at Fall Sprawl.... it is held in Vegas baby!!

After you're stable, after a good amount of SF (a little handful of safe chips doesn't count! ) and listen to your bod. If I'm having an iffy day, then I avoid all possible triggers including alcohol...and if I'm feeling acidy (I have GERDs) I avoid white wine which is worse for that with me. Always, always, always, listen to your body...what works one day won't neccesarily work the next.
