Hi guys,
Can anybody in the UK help me out here. Am trying to work out what I can and cant eat and as I am only a few weeks into it am struggling a bit with everything but where can I get Soya products?? I can get the soya milk in the local supermarkets but cant find any other products there. Do you have to go to a health food shop for these?
Cheers folks.

Your UK soy milk tastes so much better than US soy milk! Yum. You are lucky.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

You can get firm tofu in the fridge cabinet at the supermarket but that's about it. Chocolate soy milk is usually above the dairy milk and Tescos do flavoured soy milk cartons with the other soy milk in the longlife milk section.
If you want to try cheeses then you'll need to go to a HFS (and watch for casein!). Btw, Tesco's own brand sweetend soy milk is really yummy and half the price of the branded cartons.
What else were you looking for?
