Acidophillus question

I bought some Nature's Bounty Acidophillus at Wal-Mart to give my daughter (10 mg) The label says once a day...what do you guys think?
FYI--I tear up everytime I read these boards. There is so much love and support here. Thanks already for caring and just being there!

I don't have an answer for the acidophilus question, but I just wanted to say that we're glad to have you as part of the support group here.  I suppose I'm biased, but this is the best bunch of people I've ever come across online.
Hang in there... it's slow in here on the weekends, so it may take a bit to get some good helpful replies!

I take what my bottle says which is one capsule a day when I'm taking them. I think they tend to help me go rather than helping me stop going which is what I'd like them to do.

I always just follow the label advice!
It's lovely to have you around too....having all these caring parents trying to help their kids is wonderful!
