When I explained that I was doubled up in pain within minutes of eating that he looked at me and said - really?? how strange Have made small alterations to what I'm eating since getting Heather's book. Am trying to work out what I can/cant eat and what to limit so I can get all the right food in and give it my best shot. I know what you mean about pizza !!!
