I found this website called www.foodintol.com that explains the difference between a food allergy and a food intolerance.
It says 75 percent of the world's population is estimated to be lactose intolerant and that fat-free and skim milk is worse than whole milk. Producers add additional milk solids to fat-free and skim milks and this makes the levels of lactose in them higher than that in whole milk. Thought this was interesting.
You can even look up sypmtoms and it talks about how to eliminate foods that bother you.

Definitely interesting. I may try doing an elimination diet, although I want to find a nutritionist or doc that will help me with it.
