Could it be just overeating?

I'm wondering if my D comes just from eating too large of portions. The reason I think this is that when ever I restrict calories or do weight watchers my D goes away. I eat yogurt, salad, all those things that are usual triggers, but no D. So, should I go back to that way of eating for a while and see what happens? The biggest problem with that is I get so hungry, so it wouldn't be too fun. The upside is I could drop this weight I want to get rid of. I'm confused...what should I do?

My IBS gets bad when I overeat too. Try having several small "meals" or snacks throughout the day. Don't let your tummy get empty - that way you won't be starving. I would avoid the yogourt. It can only cause trouble. It's generally better to eat small meals anyway - easier to digest. So if you diet, it'll keep you from getting hungry.
