I would watch out for the Diet Dr. Pepper. I love it, too, but it's a trigger with the carbonation and artificial ingredients.

And watch out for the sugar-free jello as it has artificial sweeteners in it.

that your sugar free gum is also a trigger as it contains artificial sweetners plus, chewing gum makes you swallow air which causes gas.

Also, many of the ingredients in the frozen foods can be triggers as well. Most of the entrees contain some form of whey or casien (I've checked) and containg veggies that may be problamtic for some, like brocolli, peppers, corn.

I think you might be better off with homemade food that is less processed and you know exactly what it's made out of without all the preservative and questionable ingredients.

If you are feeling okay on this diet, then good for you. But I wouldn't want new folks to think all these items are safe, because for most of us, they are not safe. Especially the sugar free products and sodas.

It's possible to be so intolerant of one of the IBS triggers (for me it's IF) that just cutting that out makes you feel so much better that you think you don't need to cut the others out...but you DO! Even if they're not your major triggers, they will still hinder your stabilisation progress!
