I've decided to try going dairy-free for a while to see how it goes. My question is regarding the Kosher symbols, am I correct in that the circle-K with a D means it contains dairy?
I have some graham crackers that have that on it, but I cannot find any dairy related ingredients(whey, casein, etc.) at all. The only two that I am not sure of are the graham flour & artificial flavor.

Yes, any kosher symbol with the D next to it means that it is dairy. But because of kosher laws, something can be considered dairy without having anything dairy in it. For example, in can be cooked or made on equipment that was also used for dairy purposes. So it's probably safe to eat while still maintaining a dairy-free diet, you'll just need to consider it dairy for kashrut purposes.
