I've been off sugar and bread now for nearly a week and although I feel better in myself, don't have the yeasty, foggy feelings in my head and my tongue is clearing up - I am suffering with cramps more!!

I think I've realised that the reason I do have IBS is because my immune system is so low, and the candida is also a result of this. I'm doing pretty well - but I really wanted to vent!

I'm reading different books and things on the internet about it all and there's so much to take in; so many different supplements to take and all I want it to do is just go away!!

Ah well - so there you have it - more pain and cramps but hey at least I'm refined sugar free eh boo hoo (thanks for listening).... x

I know that a lot of SFS can cause cramps for people. They do for me. So, maybe your body doesn't like the Acacia? Did you have them before you started it?

I don't know, I stopped my SFS (well, down to only 1 gram) and I still get some cramps. But I don't think it is as severe as when I have been on various SFS. So I must be either eating something that isn't agreeing with me, or maybe I will just always have them. Isn't that a nice way to live the rest of my life. NOT!
