I just got dianosed with it and I am looking up things online... but... um... I am still really confused. I dont know what I CAN eat. I am in college, i dont have much money or time to cook fancy IBS meals... what lil snacks and meals should I eat? Here is Heather's post for newbies as well. With this diet, it's more a case of cutting out triggers and then HOW you eat, not just eating "special" foods...SF before IF etc. For a list of some of the abbrevations used, see here .
