Why do I get C for 3 days or more, than I finally have to go, and go and go and go like 10 times in one day. Not always with D either, but definately painful and crampy. I'm tired of trying to figure out what to eat, I just want to plain EAT!

I understand. I'm SO OVER food it's not funny (too bad I love it so much and can't have anything I love). Don't understand the whole C thing. I do understand the going and going and going though. Hang in there. It will eventually get better.

Haha I was actually just thinking about that. I haven't been *really* C for a couple days, have been going at least a semi-normal amount everyday. But then today, I think I've gone 6 or 7 times!!! I can't believe all that stuff was inside of me!

And yes darlin' I can sympathize on the crampy achy tummy. I'm feelin' the same thing right now!

Our poor bellies! :*(

Have you got any peppermint tea? And a heating pad...

Ae you on a SFS? As an A I find it crucial to staying "in the middle".

Same here- I will go every day- sometimes a small amount- then all of a sudden I will have a day where I will go 4 times. Not D, just alot of frequency.
And a very tender, achy, crampy belly.
What a messed up sytem we have.

Still, I like those days better than the ones where you don't go at all!

i understand how you feel. yesterday i had to go like 5 times, not 'd', but its still annoying trying to find public bathrooms when you are out. does anyone have this problem where you have a bm and within minutes you have to go again-sometimes up to 3 times in an hour?? (not 'd' thankfully) this has been happening to me lately and its frustrating. its usually in the morning and afternoon, not in the evening for some weird reason.

That has happened to me also- I would say my "in between" time is more like 30 minutes or so- I will go, then 30 minutes later go again al little more, then another 40 minutes of so go again a little more- I always think to myself- WHY not just come out all at once and save me the time going back and forth.. But again- I too have had this problem.

I've had that...but not since I started on Acacia. Are you on a SFS?
