i was wondering what kind of crackers can you eat? someone told me Grahm crackers, is that true? i actually was wondering about a cracker that you can eat with tuna fish,
or is tuna fish bad to eat? i think i need to buy that book lol... KAM

Hi KAM! You can eat graham crackers. I get the low fat kind just to be extra safe, but regular are okay also, because they're not that high fat.

You can use saltine crackers for tuna. Tuna is great to eat, and your saltines would be your soluble base.

And definitely buy the book!
