Heather,
I can't believe you couldn't line up the support of the fiber supplement companies after all the free advertising you have given them in your book and on the website. I would think the makers of Metamucil, Citrucel, and Benefiber would be begging to support your efforts. And also the herbal tea companies. Look how much of that stuff we all drink now, thanks to you.

I think you should start a petition sort of thing. Where we all list the items we eat, drink or consume because of Heather. We could even write little testimonials stating we eat this because of Heather.
If enough of us do it - maybe it would help you get their support.

Do these companies have comment sections on their website or a toll free number? Maybe if they get tons of e-mails from all of us they might clue in that their product helps IBS sufferers and it is in their best interest to sponsor you. Just a wild idea.

I think it's rediculous they didn't jump right in and help. After all, you've made these companies and there products much more reccognized and use. A petition would be good.

Hi Hans - This may actually be a terrific idea. I have one fiber company that's going to respond to me at the end of August - so far they're interested, but if things start to fall apart with them (which has happened with other companies) this might be a good way to convince them.
