I just spaced my meals out to where I ate a little at a time and watched what I ate, even had cocktails. I had a bit of bloating that was more than usual, but did pretty well! I luckily was not bloated on my wedding day either! Everything worked out great. How are you doing? I need to get caught up on all of the posts that I have missed.
