Here is the response I received upon emailing D'Angelo's about which foods are safe foe us IBSers:
The turkey at D'A is all white meat pure turkey meat.
The chicken stir fry sandwich would be OK as the vegetables are cooked, the chicken is white meat and you can have it with out the American cheese
The seafood salad and tuna salad meet your requirements as the mayonnaise does not have egg
The grilled chicken breast is all white meat.
Our Mariva and Pokket Bread do not have eggs

I would still steer clear of the mayonnaise... it's the fat content that's a concern, not just the eggs. But hey, at least they were more helpful than Longhorn!

I know! I'm hoping to at least receive some responses like this so I at least have a starting point. I HATE having to grill the waitstaff at restaurants - I'd love to be able to have most of the research done before I actually go!
