Pages: 1 Cod Liver Oil?       #152206 - 02/20/05 03:24 PM Edit Reply Quote Andrea Harris Reged: 11/06/04 Posts: 1 Someone recently suggested that I try taking Cod Liver Oil for mild depression. I am hesitate to even try it because of my IBS-A. My Doctor has also recommended that I start on a low dose Zoloft to treat the mild depression and the IBS. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. They're a good idea as any stress, like being depressed, won't help the IBS...as well as the ways the AD's can actually treat IBS. Never heard of Cod liver oil for depression!
