hello; I am wondering what the feeling of everyone is for using healing touch for ibs? When I was in Naramata on vacation last week I did a bit of it in the class I was taking. I found it very relaxing and helpfuk on the stomach muscles as you lay on your back and just relax while sonmeone works on you. It certainly couldn't hurt! And you end up feeling really good after.

Hi Louise - Anything that relaxes you (and hands-on work of most any kind, as long as you're comfortable with it, would qualify) will help IBS. If it calms you and makes you feel better, it will calm your colon and help reduce symptoms. And, no side effects!
