Hi,
I too like chocolates and cannot stop eating them. However, I am told that bitter sweet chocolates are safe but even so we have to eat only a little bit and that too in the morning so that we burn out the extra calories during the day. I know it is difficult as I love to eat chocolates last thing at night. I dont know why.
