I want to know if anyone else experiences this.

I journal my foods and aim to get in 1500 calories per day. Last summer when I did this, I never felt satisfied at that amount, so I usually went over. I ate until I was full. Now, I have been eating about 1200 calories a day (which most nutritionists say is the lowest anyone should go) and I feel stuffed! But I also still feel hungry, so I eat more, but that upsets my tummy.

Could it be because of the fiber supplement that I'm taking? I lost about five pounds right away on Heather's Diet, and I've now gained those back... and I'm working out occasionally now too. Very strange.

Any thoughts anyone?

Thanks!
julie

You're full but you don't think you ate enough, something like that, so you keep eating? I've definately been there! Is that what you're experiencing?

How's everything else? Hope you had a super week!

Sometimes this happens to me if I'm eating something that's really good and I pig out just cause I can't control myself. Pathetic, I know.

Anyway, have you thought about maybe you gained 5 back because muscle weighs more than fat and you've been working out? Just a thought...
