HFCS vs. corn syrup

I have made some receipes from the other posts and they called for corn syrup (cookies,etc.). I know that HFCS is bad for IBS - what is the difference??? A lot more of what????

It's the high levels of fructose that are a GI stimulant.

The Research Library has an interesting article on high fructose corn syrup. It might be more information than you want, but just in case you're still curious...
