Lately Ive been feeling really crappy in the afternoon. I usually feel fine all day and then at about 6 or 7pm I start feeling bloated, gassy and sometimes like I have D (but I usually dont). This usually all gets worse after I eat dinner so I was wondering if going for a walk or something like that would help. If I were to go on a walk would it be best to go before everything starts or after dinner or when? Any suggestions?

Going for a walk will definitely help! It will get your system moving and hopefully you'll end up feeling less crappy.

I like to go after dinner sometimes because it makes me feel like I'm digesting dinner better. But maybe experiment with the times that you go and see which one makes you feel the best?
