I have found that alot of your recipes have oats, if you have a wheat sensitivity wouldn't oats be out?

...as far as I know, oats are a different grain to wheat.

If you have only a wheat sensitivity and NOT gluten intolerance or Celiac Disease then consumption of oats is fine. And even if you did have one of those it is fine to consume a moderate amount of uncontaminated oats, according to this article. FYI, McCann's brand is one that has the least amount of traceable gluten.
