For people who are C, do you eat whole wheat pastas or regular? I love whole wheat but stopped eating it according to heather's diet. But I think I really need as much fiber as I can get. What about breads? I was eating Spelt bread for a while, then switched back to whole wheat, now am with multi grain. I just cant do white, i think it tastes like a donut and doesnt have enough fiber.

I only eat whole wheat spaghetti noodles and have always been just fine. But not whole wheat bread. Somehow, it's different.

Ooohh, I may try this then! My parents and brother recently tried it and like it. I like to eat pasta but severly limit myself cause all of the calories. Oh, that and the acid reflux that accompanies me eating too many tomatoes, but that would happen regardless if I ate wheat or white

I am not a Cer, BUT, I have heard many Cers say that they need wheat every so often or all the white constipates them. So, maybe it would be a good thing for you. Maybe try eating it when you have not eaten any other triggers for awhile, and check out what your body does, If you are ok for the next couple days, it is probably fine! Or it could be a fluke, and you would be sure to find out the next time.

Also C- I do nothing but whole wheat pasta. (except in restaurants, which aren't enlightened enough yet to offer it ) I prefer the taste and texture, and you're right- if you're C you need the fiber.
