Major gas pains - Help!

It's getting to be that time of the month and I think that's partly why I have so much gas, but is there anything out there that does or takes that helps them get rid of gas?? I took a Beano this morning and it did nothing. I haven't eaten anything out of the ordinary today to make me feel this way. I'm in pain!

You could try GasX. If sorbitol bothers you (which is in GasX) you could try your pharmacy's generic brand... they usually don't have any triggers in them.

Fennel tea. Chop up a teaspoon of fennel seeds and steep in a mug of boiling water. It's great for bloating and gas.
