Hi all, I haven't posted in a while, which I guess is a good thing I have a question, has any discovered grapenuts, I did a search and didn't find anything. It's got lots of fiber, it doesn't specifiy sol or un, I'm assuming soluble? Low fat and I love them. They really help keep you regular any other people tried these little critters???

My husband loves them! They're a little too crunchy for me but I like the taste. Never had a problem with them. Sounds healthy to me!

I believe grape nuts are whole grain. So it is insoluble and might bother people, especially with IBS D. Has anyone tried Bob's Red Mill Scottish oatmeal? It is a fun change.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Yeah, I think Grape Nuts are whole grain too, but I guess if you can tolerate them, go ahead! I would probably eat them still, but I stopped eating wheat, so no dice. I love them though! I used to add soy milk and honey to them and put them in the microwave so they would be less chewy...sooo good!!
