I'd just make sure & drink plenty of it. I don't know which PB8 I'm taking. I have to look tonight. Acutally I'm out of bed at 5:30 but it takes me about 1/2 hour to feed the dogs & make sure they pee & poop before I get on the treadmill. God I wish I could poop like my dogs. They're like clockwork! Eat & then right after poop. No problems at all.
