Is this Whole Foods everyone keeps talking about a website? And someone else said in here somewhere too that since eliminating fats and other items that they were constantly hungry. I feel I am falling into this category also and was wondering what others thought was a normal amount of calories for a day. I have heard so many different ones I don't know what is healthy and safe and what isn't. Also, if you have a muchie....are you supposed to take a fiber supplement each time you eat all the time or just for your normal doses?

Whole Foods is a health-grocery-type store chain, as far as I know. If you have one near you, you're lucky. We have nothing of the sort up here.
Fiber supplements can just be taken at your regular times, not before every little thing you eat. Just make sure that your snacks are as safe as your meals are - soluble fiber, or if you have insolubles, have soluble first.
The best thing I've found as far as calories go is to do a BMR calculation - they take into account your age, and usually activity level, since your calorie needs will vary depending on that. For example, I'm not all that active, and I'm just about 30, and my calorie needs are about 1400 a day, to maintain my weight just as it is.
Here's a calculator online: http://www.preventdisease.com/healthtools/articles/bmr.html
Hope that helps a little!
