I don't know if anyone has talked about this but I decided to try it because I honestly can't stand the soy and rice cheeses. It is lactose free but it says small traces of milk are in it?? Anyways I figured I would try it and see. I seem to tolerate it well and it has a better taste (I think) than soy or rice cheese. If you are really sensitive then I don't think this is for you. Just thought I would pass this on!!

There is probably casein in the cheese, which is why it says small traces of milk are in it. However, the good news is this is the same case in the soy and rice cheeses - and a lot of people can tolerate the casein.
Thanks for sharing - I will definately be looking for this product now.

I use smart balance butter - it has Omega 3 oils in it which have been scientifically demonstrated to have positive effects for some people with digestive disorders (others it doesn't help so much, but certainly won't hurt anyone). Does the cheese have Omega 3 as well? If so, I'll defenetly have to give it a try. Glad you posted on this

Here are the ingrediants- Cultured part skim milk- trivial amount it says? water Caesin Natural Veg Oil blend Modified food starch Salr lactic acid powedered cellulose Gluten free
So I guess if you can tolerate a little bit of dairy it sounds like it has traces of it in there. If you can tolerate it the cheese tasted really good!!
