How about Corn Pops, Rice Krispies and Corn Flakes. With Corn Pops I usually eat in the evening as a snack.

hI Mags; those links are great, but I wish I knew if the cereal had soluble or insoluble fibre in it.

What do you put on your cereal? or do you eat it plain like a snack? I tried Heather's vitasoy vanilla. MMM MMM GOOD! alittle stong on the vanilla and a bit sweet but not bad. Think i'll try the plain kind next.

I like honeycomb with rice dreams milk. If things are backed up(I'm IBS C) I'll do raisin bran, but if your prone to D be careful!

Hi Louise - Rice cereals, unless they specify that they're made with brown rice, will only have soluble fiber. Corn cereals will have a bit of both. But, by definition the cereals are going to be so finely milled that the insoluble fiber in them will be safe.
