Isn't Tyenol safe??

I read in a magazine that it doesn't reduce prostaglandins so it's useful if you get nauseated easily ( that would be me unfortunately!) and if you have an ulcer. It doesn't effect the stomach lining. Acetaminophen blocks pain-signal sending nerve endings.
