I need some help! I am starting a teaching job this coming week and am trying to do everything I can to stay healthy. One thing I am trying to figure out is what kind of vitamins to buy. Looking for something that is a decent price, easy to find, and easy on the stomach! Any suggestions??

I buy Nature Made at a local drug store. You can find them online also. No artificial colors, no artificial flavors, no preservatives, no chemical solovents, yeast or gluten. They are the best I have found. I tried Centrium and they made me sick. Go to www.naturemade.com for information. You may be able to find them in your area. I also found them at a local grocery store.

I have found Spectro Multi-Vita-Min from Solaray to be easiest on my stomach. It is available in capsule form which can be broken open and added to food or smoothies. I find this works best for me as all vitamins in caplet form that I have tried caused me discomfort.
