hey i did a search and nothing came up. how do you guys store your acacia? i've got it just folded down tight and sealed in my cabinet. should it be in the fridge? maybe a ziplock would be a better idea...

I store mine in a plastic airtight food container in the cupboard.

I store mine in airtight containers, but that's cos I'd make a hell of a mess with it if it wasn't in a box!

k. the reason i ask is just you can't keep flour or anything in a NYC cubbard without weevils appearing quite quickly. so. i'm wondering if throwing it in the fridge would be ok. in an airtight container....cold won't affect it right?
