Can I just buy the minute brand rice that I can make in the microwave or is the kind that you make on the stove better on your tummy?

also what is Angle Hair pasta do I just look down the pasta isle a the super market? and there will be a kind called Angel Hair?

If it's plain rice, then it's fine however it's cooked!

Not sure on the Angel Hair pasta

I think minute rice is completely safe. I prefer actual cooked rice and I think it is better for you nutritionally. I have a rice coooker and even hub can make great rice with ease in it!

Angel hair pasta is a common shape. It is like spaghetti only thinner. It takes less time to cook and seems more delicate and fancy. But all the pasta brands have angel hair.

Angel hair might also be labled cappelini.
