Is store bought deli meat sliced at the deli safe for sandwiches? Like Chicken breast or turkey breast? I usually have this every day for lunch on GF bread? Thanks

most is- double check it doesn't have MSg in it- they should allow you to look at the label of the package it comes in on... but other then that- its normally safe and a lot safer then the other stuff.. the ones you buy presliced- a lot of those have carageenan and MSg in them.

I am clueless. I usually get Sara Lee at the deli because there is no carrageenan in it. I fear that stuff too. Anyone know of safe brands?

I buy the Boars head brand of turkey or chicken & haven't had any problems with it. The only time I did was when I ate it on WW Bread. Now I just have it plain.

I buy deli turkey all the time and have never had a problem with it. I just take a look at it first to make sure it doesn't look too processed and gross... if it does, I skip it.

Do you have a specific brand you trust or can recommend or do you think the Sara Lee is just fine?
