OW! Been there done that, too sore for words.
place an icepack on your a$$ and lie down as much as possible (dr's advice to my friend to avoid hospitalisation for them)

mine are on the inside too i found out ..and man this bits i can sit or lay down or anything im dieing here..but i will try the ice at this point i'll stand on my head to do so...lol

I can empathize. That was me last month. The pain and itching were unbearable. The best imediate relief I has was when I sat in a warm bath for 1/2 hour. (the nurse told me to do that as much as I could ... but hey ... three kids and a job ... how many times do you actualy think I got to do that?) Also.. try to sleep with a pillow under your knees it will take pressure off your bottom and you'll be more relaxed. I hope you feel better soon. By the way the best advice I got for the itching was to use diaper rash cream. Chany
