my favourites are those that I know won't give me a horrible attack or terrible nausea: warm, fresh french bread, fat free saltine crackers, baked kettle chips (i am out of control with those!), bananas, applesauce, pretzels, roast potatoes, basmati rice...mmmmmm

do you mean food or recipes? Food wise I love bananas and fresh warm white bread. I also like chicken and rice with salt (boring I know) Bananaberry smoothies are YUMMY!
I love to eat fish too and there are a lot of fish dishes that are safe.
Oh and obviously Anti Depressant Brownies

Jasmine rice in my cooker, home grown potatoes, good steaming oatmeal, good french baguette, cooked baby carrots, Haagen Dazs sorbet.
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

sorbet is safe as long as it doesn't have HFCS.
