Sushi, sashimi, oysters on the 1/2 shell. Roasted beets. Beet risotto. Any kind of rice, but I love brown rice and happily, it loves me. I have a wonderful bran-banana bread recipe that I make almost weekly. Pasta with lemon sauce, artichoke hearts, and clams. Broiled fish. Bruschetta with really fresh sourdough baguette and tomatoes from my garden. Did I mention sushi and sashimi? These are a few of my fa-vo-rite thinggggggggs...

Haagen Dazs raspberry or lemon, or Edy's mango have no HFCS. There may be other brands too. They are also FF. There are some popsicle type things that are also just fruit juice and sugar. I can't specifically mention any brands.
