good morning; I posted this a few days ago. Heather, what was it you said about moving around after meals, how does it help digestion? If I dont move around after eating it settles in the wrong place, sometimes uncomfortably.

Hi - It's just a good idea to be gently active after a meal. You don't want to exercise, but stay upright, walking around, just moving around the house. Even standing up to do the dishes is fine. What you don't want is to eat a meal and then lie down or sit down and be immobile. Your GI tract will stay more stable if you're upright and moving a bit.
