Dalia: do you just eat the cherry toms whole and raw, combined w/soluble fiber?
Have you been able to eat well cooked cruciferous vegies? I love brussel sprouts so would like to try eating them. Heather told me that when the cruciferous vegies are well chopped and well cooked, the SO2 is burned out of them.
What's your experience with them? I know it's diff w/ each person but if you can eat them then that'll give me the "guts" ....LOL .....to try them. Txs, LL

I can eat up to 7 cherry tomatoes in one sitting (maybe I can have more but haven't tried - happy enough with 7), either with rice or bread...no problems...have them totally raw with the skin etc! Last time I ate cruciferous vegies I was in so much pain and I hardly ever get pain!! so they will be among the last things I reintroduce!!! Asparagus has gone down really well with me...thats my newest vegie at the moment... Good luck!!! Maybe I never cooked the cauliflower and broccoli well enough...maybe if they were in a soup it would be better...but they DO have a very bad reputation with gas...even in normal people!!

Txs for rapid reply. I thought that asparagus was a cruciferous. Anyone know for sure? Unfortunately I cannot eat it at all except in soups as it causes severe pain, gas and bloating for me [I have severe, 30+ years of IBS-C] that lasts for 2 days. That's why I was worried about trying the brussels.
