I have just started the diet, haven't recieved the book yet but keeping off the triger foods on the list, but I am wondering if there is enough fiber in the diet for (C's) to keep regular????...Cheers, Amari

There is.
If you haven't already read the information about soluble fiber and why it's the single best thing for IBS of *ANY* type, I suggest reading that now. It's important to work insoluble fiber into your diet as well, and C'ers may need a little more of that than D'ers, but followed properly and consistently, a soluble-fiber-based diet works.

I've got IBS-C & just started this diet 2 weeks ago. I'm still C but hopeful that as I increase my soluble/insoluble intake, things will get regular. Nothing before has seemed to help (except meds), so I really hope this does it! Just wanted you to know you're not alone.
