I've searched on here, but couldn't find if this has been discussed. I've never made homemade stuffing, but I guess I could try. I was looking at boxed mixes at the grocery store. They either contained milk or HFCS. I don't think HFCS is a problem for me, but I don't really know, so I'm trying to stay away from it.
I'm hosting Thanksgiving for my parents this year, so I want to make a tasty dinner.

Our big supermarket chain here is Hannaford, and the Hannaford brand chicken-flavor stuffing is totally safe. But if you still can't find anything, don't worry - stuffing is actually pretty easy to make. I was just about to post a tasty-looking recipe I'd found recently, so you can check the Recipes board in a few if you're interested!

I searched through every one recently and found none. I cut up some baguettes I had in the freezer and put basically herbed chicken stock and some shallots and mushrooms in it and baked. It was very good. Lots of fresh herbs will make it better than ever and the only work is in dicing the bread.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

I'll check out your recipe. No, I didn't look at the store brand-- just looked at the national, well-known brands. I'll look again when I'm back at the store.
This may just be a home-made stuffing holiday!
