Hello. I am just wondering if there is any extra vitamins I should be taking since I cut out a lot of the fruits and veggies I was eating before? I am taking a woman's multi-vitamin, but still feeling a bit wore out at the end of the day. I exercise everyday in the morning first thing for 30 minutes.
Thank you!

Just a thought - but are you drinking enough water? Staying hydrated is critical - and when you're dehydrated the first thing you are likely to feel is tired. Make sure you keep up your fluids between meals. Also, are you having small safe snacks between meals to keep up your energy? Sometimes, this helps, too. Avoid overeating at suppertime. This can kill me in the evening - I opt for a lighter supper and a bedtime snack (a small one but ohh, it's so nice!)

Hansolo you are the best with your advice! Thank you! The past few days have been really tough for me and I'm not sure if it's the bit of stress I have been under (taking care of great grandma while grandma is away), food, or both. I do drink plenty of fluids between water & tea and I do keep snacks with me at all times. Small snacks are really important to me since the pain & or the gas would show it's ugly face if I didn't! I have been doing really good with the food and keeping pretty strict although the other day I made myself a homemade pizza from scratch and knew after eating the leftovers today that the next time I try to do pizza I will omit the pizza sauce (I make) and the soy cheese I got especially for that (only used a little).
I will admit for some reason I drink loads more water than in the evening. I wonder why.
Also thanks for the jam advice and will do a little shopping tomorrow.
Until next time,
Sheri
PS
How are you doing?
