Mine are from Wal Greens and there is nothing not safe in them!!! I cheecked after Rachele bought some that did have it in it!!!

Do you get the x strength? We don't have Rite Aid in Illinois, at least not by me, so I'm not sure what generic brand name to get. Heather got some at walgreens, not sure of that name either or if it was x strength. How much semithicone is in your product? And I take 2 or 3 at a time?

I was wondering how many pills you guys take in one day. I think on the directions it says never take more than 3 or 4 - I use phazyme. I usually take one at dinner and sometimes one again later on - can I take more?

Mine is the wal green's brand!! Yep it is fine to take a couple at a time!! I even asked my doctor!! She was thrilled it was working so good!!
Mine is extra strength!! It is 125mg!!!

Yep I asked my doctor and she said it was fine to take up to 6 a day!!
I take two before dinner and three before bed!!!
