I am going to try a smoothie today at a fitness center and they make them with honey. Should I skip the honey?

Thanks Heather. I thought it might be like caramel. That gives me bad D. I thought it had something to do with the consistancy, but maybe not. Thanks!

You've probably already tried the smoothie by now, and I'm totally jumping in late on this one, but I wanted to say that I eat honey on toast every single day and I've never had problems with it. Should be just fine.

Caramel, oh yeah, it goes right through me and gives me bad D. I love it though, but I can't deal with the d, so I gave it up. Oh well.
