Does anyone use a juicer rather than a food processor? I hear that they are great! Are they really worth investing in (I have seen some for $150-$230)? I already have a food processor/blender. Should I really buy a juicer as well? Is it really a good idea to since the juicer separates the skin? But the skin of the veggies are safe once they are pureed right? What is everyone's thoughts on this. Thanks!

I have a juicer, (not a smoothie maker fancy one though)and a blender. The juicer can't manage things like bananas or small berries so they need to go in the blender, but the juicer does get rid of the pulp from apples, oranges etc. My juicer only cost $40 so I am happy that I have both. I guess it depends on what fruits you juice most want to make!
